If Machiavelli was writing flight control software, would he test it minimally ?

Then use Machiavellian skills to evade enquiries if his planes start crashing? This could be happening. According to Murphy, if it could happen, it is happening. Has anyone noticed any examples ?

1. Would he Test it at all no ,he would delegate it away. After all he was a Diplomat , skilled at observation. Nachfolger
2. The FAA and NTSB are forces greater than he. It must be tested or he and everyone who touched it at his Aircraft Certification Office (who enforce the requirement of the testing) could face federal prosecution as well as civil cases--if it actually flew and crashed.
