Can any one give detailed career information over flight control systems?

I am working as technician and want to know more about career options regarding electrical systems design in aircraft , please any one help me out this . Thanking you on answering .

  1. You'll need an aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering degree. I don't know of any aircraft manufacturers that don't require it for an entry-level engineering job. check out: http://www.erau.edu
  2. You can start out as a drafter (technical designer) with a 2 year technical college degree, working under the supervision of a qualified engineer. A degree in electrical engineering would be better. Wire design is mostly being outsourced from the prime airframers, but there are lots of electrical equipment design people in the industry.
